On Tuesday January 10th, you’ll have the opportunity to join Chef Marcus Samuelsson as he discusses his latest book, The Red Rooster Cookbook: The Story of Food and Hustle in Harlem. 

Set to take place at HEAF in Harlem – 2090 7th Avenue, guests will also be able to taste food from the cookbook and get a signed copy of the book after a talk and Q&A with the audience.

 

Having recently come back from his national book tour, acclaimed chef Marcus Samuelsson is thrilled to be hosting a local book event in his Harlem neighborhood with HEAF. Tickets are $40 each and guests will get to try food from the cookbook, hear a discussion about the book with HEAF CEO Ruth Rathblott, and a signed copy of The Red Rooster Cookbook.
