THE 45th ANNUAL AFRICAN AMERICAN DAY PARADE is this SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 21st. starting at 1:00 P.M.   This, the largest Black Parade in America, will start at 111th Street and Adam Clayton Powell Boulevard, and then head up to 136th Street.
