Set to officially open on August 3rd, 2647 will offer customers a “New American Fusion Concept Bar, Lounge and Restaurant” on Frederick Douglass Boulevard between 141st and 142nd streets in Harlem. 2647 will have an 800 square foot lounge area, a separate 1,000 square foot VIP room for private events and bottle service, and an open-air 400 square foot outdoor patio. This new spot is also a sports bar with eleven high definition televisions as well as an 80-inch HD flat screen behind the 1,000 square foot main bar.
On the menu, expect southern and Cuban-influenced dishes, house-made, three-herb chimichurri skirt steak, buttermilk fried chicken and waffles, and tater tots topped with organic chili and melted cheese. Drinks will include red/white sangria and wines on tap, while the custom-created cocktail menu will feature special drinks like “Fruit without Flowers”, which is made with freshly muddled blackberries, flavored vodka and Italian liqueurs.
“The highest quality of food and beverage is our top priority,” said Frank Mattera, co-owner and founder of 2647. “We worked very closely with our executive chef to create a balanced menu that caters to the diverse residents of Harlem.”
