Summer Sizzles on Lenox Avenue Restaurant Crawl event on TV
Reporter Kemberly Richardson of WABC Eyewitness News did a nice piece on the Summer Sizzles on Lenox Avenue Restaurant Crawl event which will takes place tonight, Tuesday June 18, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. She mentions that this restaurant crawl will take you along one of the most historic avenues in the world, Lenox Avenue, to experience this emerging international culinary corridor in Harlem.
Also in the video below, Marcus Samuelsson, owner of Red Rooster says: “This is just one more thing that we’re doing to show Harlem is alive and kicking and lots of fun”, while Nino Settepani of Ristorante Settepani said the following: “I find Lenox Avenue to be one of the most beautiful avenues in New York City.”
It’s great to see this exposure and promotion for restaurants in Harlem on TV, and it should help to make this a successful event.
Summer Sizzles on Lenox Avenue is happening at participating restaurants from 118th Street all the way to 128th street and Lenox. A $10 wrist band will give you access to special menus in the restaurants priced at $5 and $10. You can pick up a wrist band at Native Restaurant (118th St & Lenox) and Carver Bank (75 W 125th St – just East of Lenox avenue).
