Support The Harlem School of the Arts

Over the Holidays, CBS News’ “Early Show” had a wonderful piece on the Harlem School of the Arts (HSA) and its President & CEO Yvette L. Campbell, who has spearheaded efforts to raise money to keep the organization’s programs going strong.  Founded by Dorothy Maynor in 1964, HSA offers youth aged 2-18 an education in music, dance, theater and visual arts, and a vital alternative to the streets.

After watching this video and seeing these inspirational kids, I’m sure you’ll want to join in and support Harlem School of the Arts, and help them as they transform the lives of children through art!

The Harlem School of the Arts is having its “Spring Open House” on Saturday January 14, and invites you to come by to meet  faculty, observe classes, and learn about their programs for kids. HSA is located in the Hamilton Heights section of Harlem at 645 Saint Nicholas Avenue at 141st Street, NYC 10030.  Tel: 212.926.4100
