Maker Faire 2011: The World’s Largest Do It Yourself Fair Comes To Harlem (9/17+18)
World Maker Faire returns to New York Hall of Science (NYSCI) this September for the second annual festival for people of a “do it yourself” mindset.
The event features hundreds of “makers” presenting their creations.
Expect to see rockets, robots, arts & crafts, electronics, artisanal foods, woodworking, live music, and much more! Admission requires purchase of a World Maker Faire ticket.
Take the #7 train to 111th Street and walk four blocks East. Also available via LIRR. Parking is available at Citi Field for $10 with shuttle service to NYSCI.
