This is a public service announcement from HarlemTrends.

Hurricane Irene is considered one of the largest storms to hit NYC in the last century.

Low lying areas are at particular risk. Harlem is not a low lying area. Nonetheless HarlemTrends wants to make sure you have relevant information handy.
